About half as spicy as crushed red pepper flake, these flakes bring more earthiness, almost raisin-like depth to any dish. Because the dried spice is tossed with olive oil when finished, it gains a robust and deep red color while having more texture than other super dry spices. 

Use on everything. Eggs, meat, fish, salads.
